Question: Do we need technical expertise to implement GameTraq 4 at your venue ?
Answer: No, you don’t need any technical expertise to set up GameTraq 4. The process is simple. 

  • Mount the camera and tripod on the court 

  • Pull a CAT6 network cable from your router to the camera

  • Notify GAMECAM through the form and we finalize the installation. 

Question: Do we have to install a lot of equipment to use GameTraq 4?
Answer: Not at all. All you need is a GAMETRAQ AI camera and the bird-view camera mount that you mount on the court. There’s no additional hardware required. All videos and AI metrics are stored in the cloud. No servers required. 

Question: How do the players start the AI camera and receives the Ai videometrics services 

Answer: Simply sign up using www.gamecam.live and scan the QR code located at the court or plan the game time in advance. Players videos, highlights and data is stored at the account. 

Question: What is Videometrics services 

Answer: it is delivery package containing video recording and highlights and 7 metrics points from the game such as,

Question: Do we need to integrate or change our reservation/scheduling system to use GameTraq 4?
Answer: No, GameTraq 4 works independently of your reservation system. Players start and review their games and VideoMetrics at the web app platform located at www.gamecam.live 

Question: I read about the benefits of GameTraq 4, but I’m concerned it might be expensive. We’re a small facility with 3 padel courts

Question: Is it easy for my players to download and store and share on social media
Answer: Absolutely! Download the highlight video and post the video file on INSTAGRAM or any social media platform. Share the video metrics URL link over sms and whatsapp messages. 

Question: How does the SLAM button work ?
Answer: You start the game by entering your account or sign-up. Start the game by scan the QR code on the court. When you play and that very fun ball rally accours that you like to save. Just go to the net post and Press the SLAM button and the previously 30 seconds is saved into your VideoMetrics content 

Question: Is GameTraq 4 secure? I’m concerned about customer privacy with video and data.
Answer: Security is a top priority with GameTraq 4. Unlike most video systems, GameTraq 4 only sends video to the cloud when explicitly triggered by a player..

Question: Can GameTraq 4 be used for Pickleball or Tennis
Answer: Yes it could if we decide to go that route for sure but right now we focus on Padel 

Question: My local facility doesn’t offer GameTraq 4 yet. Can I refer you to them?
Answer: Absolutely! Facilities usually get excited about GameTraq 4 once they learn about it. What you can do is to refer the leader to www.gamecam.se and we help out 

Question: Can I display all the videos from players hitting the SLAM button on my TV in the venue ?
Answer: Yes! you can display all the video highlights that occurred in your venue the last week in a loop of playback for players to enjoy and have a fun moment with. You just order the GAMETRAQ TV converter ? 

Question: I have regular tournaments and events can I use the cameras to stream that event and how do I do that ?

Answer: That works for sure. We have connected your cameras directly to Youtube so you can with an instant push broadcast your matches. Login to your Club account where you simply select which cameras and the start and stop date and time, and hit the Submit button. Share your Youtube channel link over social media or to the tournament director so everyone can enjoy it. 

Question: What’s the optimal angle and height for GameTraq 4 camera placement?
Answer: We provide a Camera mount called Bird-view that has a 6 meter camera angel that gives a great angle of the game and that generates AI metrics for your players.
