Preset training drills for the simplicity of using SHOTGUN 4

  • Warm-up: Practice forehand and backhand groundstrokes with varied lengths. 

  • Volley Mix: Work on forehand and backhand volleys with varied heights and strengths.

  • Overhead: Train bandeja, Vibora, or Bajada shots. 

  • Volley & Overhead: Alternate between a lob and a volley to simulate gameplay. 

  • Game Mode: Receive two volleys followed by a lob, with the goal of maintaining control of the net. 

  • Freestyle: Customise your training session to focus on specific skills, such as glass shots or serve returns.
