Maintenance Frequency for SHOTGUN
Regular Maintenance
Every 5 Hours of Use: Perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the machine.
Detailed Tasks
Clean the Feed Wheels:
Check that there are no balls in the machine.
Start the machine to make the wheels spin.
Use a steel brush to remove any coating or buildup on the wheels.
Vacuum around the feed wheels to remove lint and sand.
General Cleaning:
Turn off the machine.
Use a vacuum cleaner to clean around and beside the feed wheels, removing lint and sand.
Important Notes
Battery Charging:
Always charge the ball machine for at least 4 hours after each use.
Sensor Reset:
If the machine signals an error at startup, reset the sensor by turning off the machine, moving the feed wheels to the lob position, and restarting the machine.
Warranty Compliance:
Ensure maintenance tasks are performed regularly. The warranty may not cover issues resulting from lack of proper maintenance.
